Im suspicious of this was he familiar with the area he was driving in had he and friends been drinking and became impaired something ain't right now one just drive in water if you are looking forward and got head lights on you can clearly see water as you approach IDC if it's day or night
@@kaylee3867 Yes, this is not ordinary. If he was not intoxicated or drugged, he would have seen the raised bridge, and one would think not to intentionally drive under it. Driving around the closed bridge barricade and sign again shows he was not in a somber mind.
