You should torpedo Ninetales so hard he reverts back to Vulpix just for having that creepy teddy on his roof!

Y'all should do realistic damage, if I remember correctly Intense damage means when two cars collide the one with less speed comes out the worse and the faster car takes almost no damage. However with Realistic damage things are more chaotic because the faster car bonus is removed. That is unless they've changed it to be something else.

Even with Bugbear's recent efforts to torpedo the PC version, good fun can still be had. Sure wish they'd open to the DLC vehicles for modding though.

I feel like wreckfest is the game where instead of avoiding dives because it's rude, you only avoid them because it wont help. If using someone as a wall gains you time, do that shit, break that guys car as well, all a good bonus.

For anyone who dosent know about each type of damage: Normal Damage: Standard, arcadey, much more forgiving damage, encouraging players to be more care free with collisions. Mechanical damage has only a a slight effect on performance, wheels very unlikely to break off, has "rammer's advantage" (basically if you have momentum on your side in a collision, depending on weight of the vehicle, amour, location of the hit on the car, etc., you'll receive significantly less damage compared to your victim) Realistic Damage: No rammer's advantage, making avoiding collisions more viable, mechanical damage has a much more pronounced effect on the car's performance/handling, wheels can come off, axles bend further, cars can be damaged to a point where they become undrivable, visual damage is more pronounced as well, parts fly off and bend easier Intense Damage: Same as realistic damage, BUT, with rammer's advantage, creating a very high risk, high reward mentality when you choose to pick a fight

The Vandura is so weird in Wreckfest. It's great as a pure speed build or as a derby build, even though the raw strength stat is tied for the non-DLC derby builds. I've nearly one shot other derby builds. But the wheels are so weak, which is made worse by how top heavy it is. In this game once you lose a wheel it's game over, and the Vandura loves to part with their wheels.

Next time you are on wreckfest you should do a survive the hunt (race) and have crash ally as one of the tracks and to make it easier more fair if it allows it you have a better vehicle than everyone else

Come on Alex, your vehicle's heath is a resource to be spent strategically - not hoarded like a dragon. Does this mean you should be torpedoing people whenever you can? Absolutely not. Does it mean you should be using it to strategically jostle others off the perfect line so that you can have it, and similar such shenanigans like pit maneuvers? Definitely.

In the 1st race you keep composure very well. That teddy bear van was a dickhead. He pulled a dickhead move. He knew there wasn't enough room to take the corner next to you but he kept his speed up and ended up taking you out anyways by pit maneuvering you. What a selfish piece of s***. No skill and poor sportsmanship. You recovered very nicely though 👍
