Charles should have been able to marry Camilla in the first place. Instead, the Spencer family threw Diana to the wolves for their own advantage as they had been waiting 200 years to get a Spencer in the RF. Charles and Diana were ill-suited, and both made the best of it. It became intollerable for both with Diana worse off. Three people were destroyed in the Spencer family greed, Diana, Charles, and Camilla. Of course, the press back in the day portrayed camilla as a demon. The RF at the time were having none of it, and for once, Charles stood his ground. Decades Camilla worked hard and was loyal to Charles, and at his mothers funeral and coronation, she really does guide and support him. Diana paid a terrible price of what her family did, a drunk driver and the Fayed family. That woman was used. I disliked camilla I won't lie, but she has grown on me over the years. Harry has arrested development fuelled by his wife he simply is incapable of moving forward with change, but he is happy to stifle others' freedom of speech!

A couple of thoughts, I actually believe that Diana was well aware of what a roue Mohamed Al Fayed was. I think she may have grimaced and mocked behind his back, but I believe she correctly assessed that her position and status would protect her from assault. Clearly, she thought she could ride the tiger, flirt with Dodi, and make other men in her life jealous. Terrible miscalculation. Another thought: I genuinely doubt that Harry is still beguiled by Meghan’s intimate skills. By now the thrill is gone and he could replace her with another ambitious starlet - or better yet, locate a woman of substance.
