Mississippi Pot Roast 

Hi! In this video I show you how to make a delicious meal using a chuck roast and some great seasonings! It is called Mississippi Pot roast and when you add potatoes and carrots it becomes a stand alone dinner! I use a bone in roast so that the flavor from the marrow seeps into the gravy and gives an added layer of flavor to the pot roast. Make sure that you wash and cube your red potatoes before adding them to the roast. Carrots are always a good addition to a roast dish, but you can add other veggies! 78.5 to 8 hours on low or 3.5 to 4 hours on high will make this crockpot dish superb!
