Exceptional footage....esp the quarry footage... Now this is where the drones come in handy...no way a news crew can get in for that type of scene, even i a helicopter.....and A LOT more cost effective.

There were a great many vehicles sitting in high water. Did they not know the flooding was to take place?

My dads parents from SE MO and we would go down there every Summer. Wasn't the Big Ditch supposed to help prevent this?
