Just went to Universal Studios Hollywood yesterday. Your tips from this video were absolutely perfect. This is a must watch guide especially if you want to do all of the rides during the busiest time of the year. The water bottle refill station, where to sit on the tram during the studio tour, and using the park app were completely amazing. I highly recommend purchasing the early access and doing the bowser’s challenge ride two times in a row before checking anything else out in the park. Thanks again for your help.
Im going on a long weekend. Will definitely be buying express. But not unlimited because we just want to try everything once. Its sooo damn expensive though 😩
@@bigga8128 My biggest tip is to go on a Wednesday. I didn’t want to buy express when I last went in May so we went on a Wednesday and as expected most rides were a 5-20 min wait all day if not a walk on. Also go on a date that has the cheapest ticket price for $109 that means they expect low crowds that day.
This is so cool! We just moved from FL to AZ and we always watched your UO videos and are still UOAP holders (we plan to go back every 4-6 months). We are actually going to Universal Hollywood for the first time next weekend and thought the same thing about this video. Cheers to great trip for y'all!
The Jurassic Park franchise and Indiana Jones franchises are basically the Star Wars franchise from the Walt Disney Company for Universal Pictures and Hulk is the only Marvel superhero franchise to be owned by Universal Pictures while Spider-Man is owned by Sony Pictures, and the other Marvel superheroes like Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Guardians of the Galaxy, Eternals are owned by the Walt Disney Company and 20th Century Studios.
Buying tickets at Groupon is even cheaper and ask your job if they have discounts on theme parks. A lot of them do have discounts but won't tell you until you ask
When we make the trip, how many days should we give ourselves here? Is one too hard to do/see everything? Would two be calmer experience, not feeling rushed? 2 adults and one 14 year old. Love this video & you guys
Thank you for watching! Ok. If you like a calmer experience 2 days is great! However id you get express you can totally do it all in one day, but it’ll be a long day. We hate being rushed too!! 2 days is great to be able to get on each ride. Experience shows + food and not feel Overwhelmed 🥰
4:50 My father writes for the Simpsons (he’s striking as we speak) and was a the opening ceremony for Springfield, USA. I don’t think he even knows about this 😂 But I remember walking in and seeing this when Springfield first opened!
@@MouseVibes Thank you! I actually did an interview with him on @maxickingdom just a couple months ago :). Sadly, he didn’t have too much involvement in the ride or Springfield at the parks, but I’ve been to some of the Season Premiere events with him at Universal Hollywood!
0:58 Being forced to download the app sort of sucks. You quickly realize there is NO MAP anywhere on the premises, not even a guide poster like you might find in a shopping mall. You'll miss the entire lower section of the park where most of the thrill rides are located.
Rule: No bugging employees about what the Fast and Furious rollercoaster will be like. I'm guilty of bugging them last November which was like half a year before they confirmed the coaster lol😂
@MouseVibes me just casually chatting about the rumored manufacturer 's other projects at Universal Parks then casually bringing up the closure of the shows then CASUALLY bringing up "IS THE NEW PROJECT FAST? IS IT FURIOUS?"
I would normally roll my eyes at the suggestion to bring ear plugs to a theme park but... the pre-Waterworld crowed cheering gets louder than anything else in any theme park and that's a show I have to see at least twice during a visit.
Oh man, Ashley with a cape?!!?. Watch out 😂. Love, love, love the character meet and greet at Universal ...it really is one of the best parks to offer that ..so easy to go to them as well. Thanks for the info to you both. Salud 🍻
his name is king julien :) thanks so much for posting the link for toadstool cafe! also would you ever consider making/have you made a video on the must try foods there?

@@ricotacowindsor424 no would not recommend. People do it, however there are super loud segments and earthquake parts, etc. it depends on how your kid is :) but it’s not a calm ride
I am such a brat about the water at Disneyland (it’s so bad!!), but the water at Universal shocked me with how good it was. It really is day and night compared to Disneyland water!
I can’t wait to try the Krusty VIP room for that sweet AC! 😍 Also, Ashley, if you haven’t tried Loop earplugs, they’re my latest obsession!! They’re so cute and easy!
Great video nice tip on the tickets to buy them at the gate I made that mistake at majick kingdom in Florida ever since then I got my tickets at triple a
I noticed you have a steel canteen bottle instead of a collapsible cup. Do they really let you bring a steel cup into the parks? I wouldn’t want it confiscated. 😊
It’s a tricky situation. That’s the link to book reservations but you can only book the reservations before 7AM the morning of your visit. It’s a lot haha
That is nice they open DreamWorks land and Halloween Horror Nights and also fast and furious even secret life of pets and jurassic world also donkey Kong rollcoaster is coming to universal studios hollywood OK.
It’s cute. It’s slow. Not worth the long line but if you get the early access or express you should experience it but it’s not a life changing ride IMO lol
This is not related but looking for help! My partner and I are due to visit LA in October this year (mid October) is it warm around this time of year? I’m so stuck on what to take with me!! 😅 Can anyone help please??
Yes! It is warm!!!! Hot during the day and nice at night. Bring a light sweater or light jacket for night time and you should be fine but it’ll be HOT during the day! Hope this helps
I recently visited Universal Studios. They sell way too many entrance tickets per day. If you like standing in line for 45 minutes up to 2 1/2 hours for a 5 minutes ride after paying 150 dollars, go ahead and visit them. Else you pay another 150 bucks to skip the lines. For a family of five that equals to about 1500 dollars for a one day visit. Profit and greediness destroys the experience, less people allowed to enter would make the experience much better. If I new this, I wouldn’t have bothered to visit it. Too much focus on the prepackaged short rides and not enough about the core business of movie making. It would have been interesting to see a real movie studio, watch some real actors, etc instead of short CGI renderings. Some rides are impressive, but it was not worth the very loooong waiting time which spoiled the experience.
I want to go too Universal Studios Hollywood for I can meet the minions and Gru & Margo & Edith also Agnes OK and go to villain con or minion Cafe and minion land OK even bake my day and freeze Ray Pops OK and Pop a nana OK and illumination OK. and go to the despicable me minion mayhem OK.
These parks have absolutely no shame and take every dime of your money they possibly can. $30 just to park, $270 for a single ticket, $15 for one slice of pizza and another $200 if you want expresses passes so you don't stand in line all day. It's ridiculous.
I did almost all these mistakes when my friends came over last spring. And I'm at ush often i just dont know why I just thought we would defy all wait times.. Do NOT underestimate the escalators.
