As a resident, I have done and now graded rotations. I have noticed some missed opportunities and things you should flat out avoid!
You’d be surprised at how something as simple as clear communication and professionalism are, unfortunately, not practiced by some med students.
This is your chance to get an even better picture of what becoming a doctor is really like, learn on the go, and to make an impression. You will never be 100% perfect at this stage of your journey, nobody is, but it gets you closer to becoming better.
