Having watched plenty of interior design videos while planning my own home, I've come to realize that simplicity is key. It's better to focus on maximizing the space you have rather than filling it with unnecessary items. Adopting a minimalist approach can lead to a more efficient and comfortable living space. Keep more storage simple ones no show shine and also keep things minimalist. Sometimes we store or buy things unnecessarily thinking ki badme use ho jaega. stop doing this. Rather buy things when needed. Buy only those that are needed. Minimalist living is the key. A very informative video though thanks for sharing, it helps learning. I am also planning my house interiors so I saw many videos and now I am clear as to what I need and what I don't.

Regarcing chimney pipe Our interior person suggested to clamp chimney pipe upward in box so that u can utilise the space for storage

Very good video, wish I had seen it before I planned my modular kitchen..... I had the same problem with the duct from the chimney- it goes a long way to the wall - then someone suggested I use a PVC pipe( white one, 4 inches diameter) instead of the silver big duct which you have shown... I replaced it with the PVC pipe ( it occupies much lesser space and you can change it too... Then you will get a lot of space to store... Also you can ask your local carpenter to fix a cabinet like cover for the gas meter which doesn't look nice....preferably with the same material that was used for other kitchen cabinets... you canask him to keep an airvent like the one you kept in your wicker basket cupboard so any gas leak is detected immediately...Then it will look like a cabinet....

nano white are least suggestive material for counter top bcz of maintenance and stains. since, you have already chosen white theme, so i think you may select black granite which looks classy, maintenance free and good contrast match with your white theme. there is another material called quartzite which has similar quality of granite and have many choice of colour but it's pricy. quartzite are solution of all problems of quartz. apart from that, your view on pantry unit are absolutely correct, even i have the same thought. appreciate your efforts to make a vedio on this realistic issue.

Good video. The sunmica laminated colors are wonderful choice. The kitchen looks over all very nice appealing. But why did they use this big chimney. I personally avoid it. I prefer exhaust fan. Also, this lady has to re-arrange many things so that, kitchen counter top can be kept clean, clutterless. I too had invested 2.5lakhs in making beautiful kitchen. The following things I did. 1. I completely avoided modulae kitchen. 2. Below one side platform, I used basket trolly. The other side conventional slab system to keep all larger items. 3. I used pull over vertical trolly with inside modular adjustable heights stainless steel stand to keep glasses and cups especially, that too near to fridge. 4. Used below sink area only to keep, washing machine related and sink cleaning items. Brushes, detergents. 5. Above sink area is reserved for strictly, gas meter and aquaguard water filter. 6.The upper loft area gives lots of space to keep rarely used larger items as well as hardware items lika hammer, screw driver, nails and cutters. , other kitchen appliances additional products. The mixer, fruit juicer would sit opp to stove platform, below larger ( conventional stap system cabinet) cabinets.

Regarding hob space, This is your interior person mistake. Usually they keep this smalls things in mind and guide as they know these kind of points. Even our interior interior person suggest to keep space between hob and wall. Same for corner space he quides us to keep big section

I dont understand….all the things you have shared…all the points are covered in so many videos available on you tube…why dont you consider all the important points before planng for kitchen..as its the most important part of our house..specially for these fancy pantry units..this occupies lots of space nd organised nothing…first thing first whoever going to make kitchen note down all your quantities of dabbas nd bartan nd flour nd rice thing or crockery thing bcz we only know how much space we need for each nd every saman in the kitchen

Off late, so much of importance is given to looks and adopting trendy units as a fad, that people forget to chalk out their genuine requirements! Its really difficult if the storage unit above is the feet deep, if its going to be a double row. Becomes a task removing things kept behind as visibility and accessibility, both are compromised. Am planning just 10 inch deep cupboards for daily provisions lije dal ,chawal, sugar n 7 inch single row unit for other pulses, spices n eateries.

Nowadays u get chimneys without these outlet...the charcoal filter is inbuilt..... For ur gas meter u can make a plywood box to cover it with the laminates of ur trolleys. It will look better

Open kitchen he best hota hai ye sab me spent bahut hote hai aur jagah kaam nahi aata uper jo cabinet banta hai usme kitchen chota/bandhak type feel aata hai kul milakar mujhe pasand nahi aata modern kitchen, storage aur extra utensils ke liye ek chota sa separate room rahe wahi sahi hai

Life is always for everyone to learn. I came across first video of such type good attitude to share mistakes which rarely someone does but no one can give you good suggestions i would like to try please don't mind and tell me if it works. Suggested corrections: 1. Gas could have been planned near window with exhaust fan which would have eliminated need of chimney saving your precious money in addition to providing extra space. 2. Make a box covering the gas unit which spoils the show of the kitchen. 3. Side folding door you can remove part shelf if possible (if wooden), then you can keep big boxes inside. 3.. Focus on need-based utilization of space rather than for the purpose giving it look only which is absolutely waste of money. 4. simply adding boxes to cover the kitchen fully just makes your kitchen too small rather plan optimizing the space not mere occupying. Well, the biggest mistake is you covered the windows with cabinets i mean half window which is completely wrong it looks bad and even you can't open it windows helps to get sun light and fresh air in the kitchen over all very unprofessional work done you have to re do it again remove all cabinets re design it

Your kitchen looks good. Once you use it more, you can arrange the items the way you want and use. Since you have already made the pantry unit, you can invest in buying proper glass bottles of different sizes after measuring the space and all your groceries and snack items will fit nicely in the pantry. There is still a lot of space in the front of the duct in the loft where you can buy taller plastic containers which can hold extra grains that you buy in bulk and don’t need everyday. You just need to buy good containers that fit in your cabinets. The gas meter can be hidden behind a sliding wooden box matching your counter or cabinets.
