This video simply warns tomato farmers on what to look out for, when carrying out this project in order to avoid losses. When you avoid these mistakes, then your good to go.
Thats our boy, I know Uganda receives knowledge from the cream of Makerere and Uganda at large. this guy has been molded theoretically but also most importantly practically. Be blessed brother
Thank you for the information you brought in this video. When it comes to fertilizing, can you plz give me a good fertilizing schedule, or a manual on fertilizing?
Viewing from antigua and barbuda in the caribbean. Very informative and well- articulated. I agree with you on the need for more value-added and agro-processing to avoid wastage. You called on your government to bring back cooperatives, here in Antigua it is the farmers who establish such entities without government input - the government merely passes the laws that allow for duty free on agricultural products and puts regulations in place for the good governance of the cooperatives. It is however a challenge getting farmers to come together because of trust issues, so there are often gluts and shortages.
In Uganda its this very govt that killed the cooperative societies when they came into power 40 yrs ago for their own selfish reasons of keeping the ppl in poverty so that they can easily ctrl em. Uganda is mainly an agro country n a lotta pplz livelihoods r supported by agriculture esp in the country were most poor live. These cooperative entities were thriving n the farmers were very well organized n happy b4 they were finally decimated by the current govt. Real Talk!
Thank you very much. Your explanations helped me solve my problem on tomatoes because many times I tried planting in containers but failure. Now I know why. thank you sir.
Well articulated.I prefer a stagegered production of tomatoes because the market is there through out the year but can you advice on the formular for soil mix for planting tomatoes in containers. Thanks
