We are a team of sixty technologists, equipped with a world class machining facility spanning over a 2500 square meters covered area. We cover a range of capabilities in high precision machining and programming. We specialize in quick turnarounds of small to medium production batches of highly processes parts using conventional and exotic materials, forgings, castings, stampings and expertise such as specialized heat treatment and surface treatments
Our alloy and tool steel requirements are mostly covered by a state of the art alloy steel mill based in Pakistan, manufacturing a wide spectrum of carbon, alloy, stainless and tool steels certified to international standards. To procure exotic materials we utilize our purchasing network in the US and EU.
We manufacture parts for a variety of industries including, aerospace and aviation, precision hydraulics and pneumatics, Automotive, Machine tools, plastic molding, precision actuation systems, optics and electronics industries. Our customers are predominantly based in North America and EU.
We achieve zero defects to our customers based on a stringent process control program and a carefully designed quality assurance regimen, including first part qualification checks, in process quality control and final inspection routines. All the measurement data is articulately documented and is archived and made traceable.
