Agreed. My mother-in-law spent her whole life being hefty. Took the NHS a year to find the cancer and combined with treatment, she's now a waif. Has to use a wheelchair too because she's too weak.
Yo, lost a grandma to Stage 4 Lung Cancer + Mesothelioma here, she used to look very wrinkly from stress, but actually healthy. Then she was diagnosed. Her treatments destroyed her to half her weight, her body was tiny and frail, her bones felt brittle, I had to lift her to bed sometimes, and only on her very last months did she _look_ better...because she stopped treatment, and was ready to "go". As much as I should be enraged by Boogie...at the end of the day, it's Boogie. It's like I'm getting mad at a koala with rabies for 💩ing on the carpet. It's not worth the energy trying to defeat the koala, it's gonna go down anyway.
My late grandpa had pancreatic cancer. He had treatment for about a year or so and barely ate and lost a ton of weight. My dad had kidney cancer and got the cancer cut out. That was a year ago and he is still really thin. Nothing of Boogie's story makes sense.
Metokur gave Boogie so many chances to give it up or prove his case. Boogie is so obsessed with short term gain he's destroying any benefit it would even have. What confuses me the most is that everyone here is actively trying to help him. Yet he just refuses to accept because he thinks this scam is somehow more profitable.

Polycythemia can be caused by a cancer (Polycythemia vera) or by taking hormonal drugs, being overweight, and having sleep apnea (Secondary Polycythemia) -- which is totally unrelated beyond your body making too many red blood cells.
That's the version caused due to genetic, cancerous mutations. What everything Boogie has said about his "diagnosis" leads to secondary polycythemia, which is simply an overproduction of red blood cells compensating for hypoxemia (low levels of oxygen in the blood). This is caused by obesity (obvious check), sleep apnea (he alludes to sleep studies being done and having a CPAP), androgynous hormones (he even says TRT was a cause, which is impossible for it to cause cancer), or COPD (Boogie's history of a CPAP machine to sleep to keep his alveoli open, and chronic obesity makes it very possible he also has this). He doesn't even have polycythemia VERA. He just has secondary symptoms from being a lying fat fraud, and turned it into a fake cancer sympathy case. Glad this has come to light.

Only if what's in the record doesn't match what he's been saying would he be giving up any new information. I got diagnosed with polycythemia at 15 (it appeared early when I got West Nile). I'm 31 and haven't had a treatment of any type since I was a minor. Is it cancer? Yeah, technically. Is it treated like other cancers? Nope. Blood thinners (which are rarely used due to the damage they inflict on your organs) and phlebotomies are the primary treatments. He's gonna die from being overweight before it kills him

My wife has a similar cancer (legitimately) lots of red flags. First you can’t screenshot in the medical apps, second,they would NEVER diagnose that over the phone or without a bone marrow biopsy. Lastly, 99% of insurances will pay for all of this. The one I have through my work pays for every cent of her tests and treatment. This is ALL crap and it’s sick!
