so blizzard cant actually test the changes they make privately by themselves. they have to use us players on the beta? you would think they would have their own private severs for testing changes like that. ok we made an adjustment lets do a quick test, ok we overturned that a bit lets dial it back before releasing the changes and breaking the spec again lol. then let the players test it out for fine tuning. its always too much one way but i guess thats why we have beta for a few months prior to launches
I think they’ve done a decent job tuning on beta so far. The only thing that has been really out of left field was the diabolist demon buffs, which is/was obviously an overcompensation. I say that because aff used to be doing this much damage and they tuned it down, so I can only assume they don’t want us doing this much damage. The cool part is there are other specs on other classes doing this much damage too so no one even knows at this point
They’ve nerfed a lot of specs (aff) and then proceeded to immediately buff other ones right after so idk what their tuning target is anymore. Also enhance has been slamming in keys when i’ve played with good ones
