The way you singled out enemies and separated them from the group was impressive. You didn't miss a single parry attempt, insane. I hope to have skills like you someday!
Would be super interested to read some thoughts about each weapon on each video- how easy it is to use, how worthwhile it is to get, is the heavy good etc. Just some thoughts/opinions in the video description or something. Loving the content btw, RU-vid algorithm served me a banger channel it seems!
I appreciate all of your showcasing. I’m curious if you’ve settled on a favorite weapon? You seemed to have a blast w knives, but are competent with many options.
Out of all the new things, do you feel they're worth the time spent putting them together with how they perform? Also your movement in combat shows some real time commitment, so kudos on that! Oh yeah, dabbled in the Eitr / magical sets yet?
yes, they are definitely worth the time spent crafting, especially when the time comes when you can upgrade them above level 2. they are undoubtedly an improvement over the plains tier weapons, particularly the new knife and sword. i haven't experimented with magic yet, but with some practice, i'll try showcasing them as well.
@@nolollygagging11 I've only recently returned to valheim, and I haven't yet beaten all the bosses yet. I made it as far as the 4th boss before those I played with stopped playing it last time for various reasons. We had a lot of trouble with lag and portals. If it were only a frames issue, sure but half d/cing while fighting bonemass with 4+ on the server wasn't cutting it haha. It may have been on the host side of things. Have played on another server since and don't have that problem. Still practicing my building and fighting, the only thing I'm confident in is my bow, so I look forward to your magic videos!
Block skill, the weapon's blocking ability and parry bonus are all factors. ...also this guy's parry timing is incredibly consistent. Truly a combat monster.
I think it doesn't, the black metal sword at lvl 4 deals about 113 or 115 damage, meanwhile, the mistwalker deals a total of 121 damage or so at lvl 2 (75 slash and 46 frost)
You also need to take into account Mistwalker freezes enemies making them barely able to move/attack for 5 seconds. Which is exceptionally useful when fighting multiple enemies
