Agree. If you mix a cello into a song, with some heart, it gets awesome. This deep, rich tone is perfect to underline the most emotional parts of songs. Love it everytime, when I discover one.
If I remember correctly, the cello matches the human voice in terms of range better than any classical European instrument, so it really would perfectly fit this song!
So much emotion in your playing. It's a slow quiet song so when people make it large and busy, they lose the point. You played it perfectly. It's supposed to be a hymm.
Far over the Misty Mountains cold To dungeons deep and caverns old We must away, ere break of day, To find our long forgotten gold. The pines were roaring on the height, The winds were moaning in the night. The fire was red, it flaming spread; The trees like torches blazed with light. The wind was on the withered heath, But in the forest stirred no leaf: There shadows lay be night or day, And dark things silent crept beneath. (Aaaahh aaahh...) The wind went on from West to East; All movement in the forest ceased, But shrill and harsh across the marsh Its whistling voices were released. Farewell we call to hearth and hall! Though wind may blow and rain may fall, We must away ere break of day Far over the wood and mountain tall.
This is my favorite cover of Misty Mountains, and I've listened to _many_ covers of this song. But the rich, deep, and mellow tone of your skill and the cello compliments this song perfectly
This is wonderfull! The deeper sound, a bit slower than the original version. It feels 'older'. Like when the last survivors remember their epic journey from so many years ago, singing the song for the last time.

It is said, that the Cello is the closest to the human voice- of all musical instruments. I don’t know why, but every time I hear it’s beautiful tones I cry. This is soooo- beautiful and thank you for sharing. 🥰
просто невероятная музыка. это произведение как будто олицетворяет звучание виолончели. такая глубина, бархатистость и протяжность звука. хочется, чтобы кавер не заканчивался как можно дольше. Спасибо, что подарили ети чудесные моменты!
This cover shivers my soul to its deepes core...Its so great and wonderful i cant describe what kind of feeling this music interprets... All i can say is Thank you
I wish I had the skill and talent to play this instrument. It is my favorite. I am older and a left-handed person. I was told when I was young, that I would not be able to play this instrument or the violin because I was a lefty. Well, I can sit here and deeply appreciate your gift. Thank you.
When there are competent people playing the cello, and choosing the right songs and the right melody, this gem comes out. Congratulations for the melody and congratulations also for the confidence, competence and for being an example to be followed. Thank you for loving this instrument and conveying that love through music.
Absolutely stunning and magnificent. Thank you for bringing beauty that we wouldn’t have heard without you. Nothing strikes me deeper than the cello and you did a masterful job.
A tale of houses divided who unite to fight a common enemy. Where is our Bilbo and the arkenstone of our time? It is much needed. I guess I’ll know when the bats of dol Guldar fill the sky! Well done here.
I have strange habit, anytime i hear a song that touches my soul i cry. It happend to me 3 times and that was the 4th one. Thank you. I'm deeply touched.
. . . and, this is why I love this instrument. you almost expect to see the eyes of Smaug open up behind her and flames begin to rise. excellent in arrangement and execution.
I have absolutely no words to describe the sheer beauty that is this composition. It is by FAR the best one on your channel. You managed to portray the iron resovle of the dwarves but, at the same time, their sadness and mourning. The base was 🔥 and I couldn't help staring dramatically out the window. The higher note at 2:26 / 2:27 made me lose my crap, I can't even. 10000/10 reveiw, especially since I just finished watching the trilogy again this past Friday. No words except the paragraph I just wrote lol. The cello is simply beautiful and Aimee is talented.
Dear God! This is soooo beautiful. Your talent and your channel are so underrated. You definitely deserve much more attention. I love your work. Keep it up
Never did read 'The Hobbit', but did read 'The Lord of the Rings' (freshman English). This brings back the feeling of places leading to mysterious and ancient times. You might try reading LOTR and discover what the movies left out. They made them in a hurry.
_Damn._ dude. I play cello. I understand just what you did there. _Holy shit_ that was some amazing continuous playing, and chords on the D/G is even better. You made that sound beautiful!
I'm begging you, have someone film it and post it on RU-vid! I really, really want to see it! If you do, give me the link to the video, okay? Thanks, whether you do it or not! Good luck!
@@idoodlesnoodles17 😞 crap. I get that though. Don't push yourself, whenever you're ready to share your face, you do it. And if that's never than fine. Oh well. I'll just appreciate this lovely work then.
@@HendyampsStudios I love it! Thanks for incorporating it! It's awesome to meet others who know about those. I used to watch them all the time. Great piece over all!
