Hi guys. I notice that the pump fuel was restricted at the back where there is that 13 mm nut and screw. Now it runs like a dream The front bracket with that dowel pin,u have to use the 4m40 .

Why bother when you can fix your zexel pump, theyre pretty good after you flush the delamination shite out of the fuel tank with an ultrasonic cleaner.
Hi guys . i just modified my DID and put a 4m40 pump. U need a change the nuts to suite those for the 4m40 since they are smaller than did. The biggest issue is the timing part. Pressure on the injectors 2bar is fine .u increase the number of washers at the back of the spring inside the injector.
1 stud for the intake manifold will have to be removed. But im not getting good speed at 120km uphill it drops down to about 80km/h my turbo is working fine. This engine doesn't have anything like black smoke coming out. Could it be that the diesel is too little. ?
@@juliusgondo2623 good day. Dit you managed to solve the speed issues. My vexel pump is dead and I don't have money for new one n reconditioned pump is more expensive then my car. So I want to do the pump swap.
