Mitsubishi Forklift No Throttle Response

I am assuming the field tech is new at his job. Not following through with the setup procedure is a little sad. thanks for sharing another job with us.

Its great when you get a Mitsi or Cat with an OBD2 port to be able to clear down DTCs. Its so much simpler than 'the pedal dance'!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😁😁👌👍

I think what would be neat is if you did a video featuring the different electrical diagnostic tools that you use and why you chose to use one instead of the other and maybe even how they are used correctly or at least how you use them i believe that would really help a lot of techs maybe encourage them to troubleshoot instead of parts changing also where do you obtain your info like the 0.6vdc and the 0.3vdc info.

Code popped up from some kind of fault. The tech called the pod which was right, but didn’t catch the adjustments. It’s happens to the best of us and they’ll not make the same mistake again. I’ve been a tech for years and just the other day I installed arc lights. Plugged everything in flipped the key switch and nothing. Troubleshooted for 2 hours. The ground wire to the relay looked connected from a certain angle. Plugged it in let there be arc lights.

yeah so i got a fg25n that has a little throttle response.. like you floor it, it raises rpms very slighty. like 15-20%, got e-24 and e-31 code. should i try what you did here, or is there another route i should be taking ?

What a rook. Basic stuff that should've been solved out in the field. Transport fees to the shop is easy $500 one way

FYI if you get a bit better scan tool , it will read P codes which can be very helpful.
