Mitsubishi Lancer Double Din Stereo install! 2008 -2017 Lancer/Evo X 

It looks very clean!! I need to look into that radio for my Lancer GT but first I need to switch out the stock speakers because they're no longer good lol

These are nice head units. How long is the life of a radio like this? Before you notice that they start slowing down, how many years would you say?

Hey, I have a problem with my new Android radio. I saw in your video that you only plugged in one of the 3 factory cables which provided power. I did the exact same thing as you but I didn't get any audio out. After a little trouble shooting I found out that there is another factory plug that is responsible for the speakers/audio. How did you solve this now with you, please for help

Do the volume buttons on the steering wheel still work? I’m looking for a head unit because for some reason the factory one now causes battery draw when the car isn’t running

I'm afraid that having the Gps antenna exposed outside that the antenna will get damage from heat. It may not be now but soon. How much difference (in terms of reception) will it make if I have the gps antenna inside or outside like you did? Thank you

Had the android unit in my Lancer… was cool nut sound quality wasn’t good once I turned it up with the factory RF system. Thought about it in the Evo to have all my gauges but ended up with another pioneer. But love how the big screen updates the interior.

Hey im having a problem with the radio and im wondering if you know the solution . When the car is on the screen cuts out and says “no video signal” but when I only turn the key once the the screen and audio works fine. Do you know what the problem could be?

I got rid of the aftermarket big screen when I got my EVO X and put in an OEM radio into my 2011 EVO X GSR.. The same one you showed here in this video.

Not sure if you have this issue, but if anyone has that 'dip' in the middle, on the top of the unit after install. It's because the clip isn't inserting itself where it needs to go, but rather under the slot. I just installed this, trying to figure out why fitment was crap. I looked at both shrouds, the OEM (top-middle) clip was slightly skinnier on the sides. So I cut some material off the clip (on the shroud provided) where it was having that 'dip' in the middle. Once I took some material off on each side, it went it easy an looks flush like OEM. No weird looking bends, dips or waves. Just thought I'd share my experience, if anyone has this issue. I'm currently working on another issue. I can't get this unit to pair with my OBD2 adapter to use the torque app. I see the adapter in settings, when trying to 'pair'. When I tap 'pair', it tries for a few seconds then the OBD2 disappears. Idk why. Going to try an order another adapter an see if that's why. But overall I'm happy with it. It's a cheap China unit but it's worlds better than the base Lancer (non-RF) unit I had. That was junk!
