نص باستخدام الكاميرا My brother, it is normal that after changing the rear differential oil, there is no sound in the rear differential. This means there is no problem with changing the oil.

Im asking because i remove the shaft of central differential to forward differential to have space for starter motor. Some oil spilled on central diff. Where to refill oil of central?

Hello. My pajero is ,,,manual v93. Could you please tell me. What kind of ,,,oil,, for me is find.. Front Rear and gear box. Thx a lot .
@emhonscottdhmtbmideastfree6658
The vehicle owner's manual specifies Mitsubishi Super Hypoid Gear Oil API GL-5 SAE 80 for front and rear differentials. Your on-line product selector page recommends Gear Oil 80W90 Mineral Oil with GL-5 specification as the only option.

Hi, did you use 1 4Litre can of oil for both diffs?
@emhonscottdhmtbmideastfree6658
Yes
@13yearsaprepperr.jtilbury.51
the way the oil came out of the front diff it looks like your Breather is blocked ,,, as the oil didnt flow til you opened the filler bolt , can lead to pressure build up and blow the pinion seal Rob NSW Australia

Where is the breather located?
@emhonscottdhmtbmideastfree6658
Its normal, if you didnt open yet the filler plug, theres no flowing of air inside.. Same Scenarion when you are opening a bottle of water and pour it into the glass. But thanks for that comment, by the way, where is the breather located?

Clean oil no need to change You do mistakes
@emhonscottdhmtbmideastfree6658
How you will determined a clean oil from that differential box?. I change the oil by mileage. Same with how you change your engine oil, by the mileage.
@trueno4484
@trueno4484 Год назад
The color is clean because it doesn’t mix with combustion like engine oil, but the thickness of the oil is not good anymore
