i rode these escalators a year ago and they are super unique. i wonder if its slower then a normal one. Well I definitely prefer riding these then the elevators lol.
While Mitsubishi’s escalators certainly curve, they aren’t true spirals-at each story, pedestrians have to walk back around to the start again. For reasons of structural integrity, spiral escalators can be no more than six meters high, making a complete spiral an impossibility.
As an elevator/escalator mechanic. Looking at these escalators are impressive. Never worked on one of these. But have worked on plenty of others(Kone, Schindler, TKE, Otis…etc)
Just to let you know, the logo that you show in the beginning of the video is actually the logo of Mitsubishi Motors. Since Mitsubishi elevators and escalators are manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric (which has nothing to do with automobiles), it has a slightly different logo. You can tell the differences between the two logos on Google and on their websites. Whoever made that picture of different elevator company's logo in the first place probably did not realized that and have been giving misconceptions. Even the Hyundai logo in there is also incorrect; the Hyundai group that makes elevators and escalators is different from the other Hyundai that makes automobiles, and does not have affiliations with each others (again, you can compare the differences between those two on each of their websites). I've seen that picture before elsewhere on the internet (not just in your Facebook page that someone posted there) and I'm not fooled with that; I know which one is correct and which one is not. Sorry for the rather long comment but I'm just giving you a fact, and to correct you. Hope that helps.
Slight correction to this comment. The logo at the beginning is actually the logo for the Mitsubishi Group as a whole. The logo for Mitsubishi Motors look largely the same except it has the word 'Motors' beneath it.
You still could get a copyright notice. I am 100% sure. RU-vid could block any videos that has copyrighted music depending what song it plays. They also send emails about finding copyrighted music and blocking videos. I have recently got that not long ago. Not kidding, not lying. I am very sure about this; I promise.
