Brand : Mitsubishi VRF model : PUHY-P250YHM error code : 7100 thanks for watching my video. please Subscribe my You Tube channel. more fault finding video to show you. #Mitsubishi #VRF #starmex
Hello sir bon Seems like that error 6607 and 7100 is just the same problem. Un-like another brand of vrf specially Daikin need to execute test run when replacing controll pcb but here in Mitsubishi electric no need
Lastly, what is the average subcool in cooling mode, is there an average? same thing with cooling mode. is there average discharge temp on outside discharge line in either heating and cooling, Im just starting my commercial career thanks for your shared knowledge
Sir mitsubishi city multi indoor is wall mounted .. in door no power out got power I checked DB got 1 trip ..... I put back indoor L got power but still can no on ....
Hi Bon, i really like your videos, however i noticed that,if there is any problem with some of the components within the pcb, you simply change the entire pcb.Sometimes the problem is something small and easy to repair, instead of changing the pcb and this is what i am looking for.
There are people who does it that way but very rarely. The cost of changing components will be higher as compared to changing the whole pcb itself as we have to consider costs from transport and more. Futhermore, changing a component may not necessarily fix the issue due to human errors. To reduce such unnecessary cost and uncertainty, it would be more efficient to change the whole pcb instead.
Agreed indeed Bon,however i some kind disagreed.Yes,it is the easiest and sure way to change the whole PCB,but the waiting time for the arrival of the new PCB is like for three weeks here(in Europe),so i have no other options than to change the component, which in my case woukd bw much cheaper and faster for the customer. After all the customer satisfaction is first priority. For example, one of Daikin series AC is having minor issue from the factory itself, which makes the entire unit ti stoo working, but to fix the issue is only few cents and the PCB is like 500-800€ or even more.So i choose the option with the few cents.
@@paveldzhanev6809 i do agree with you that there are situations where changing the component itself is much more cost efficient. But i suppose it varies among countries, because pcb is readily available here in singapore. I see you have great knowledge in electrionic which is amazing. Would love if you can share some info on that in the future.
@@BonMj indeed i have an experience in fixing the PCB's due to the reason which explained above,Bon.You mention t that the PCB's are readily in Singapore?Perhabs,i could ask you to establish some relations then and to go further in our conversation. If you don't mind you can give me some contact info to continue our talks there? Thanks.Great videos.
It is better to replace the whole thing rather than repair. Repair tiny parts will ruin your name if trouble keeps coming back. Why don't you offer the best thing to do for customer satisfaction. Good job sir bon MJ. I would rather do the same
Hi sir, am getting an error 5301 and 052 and some time 051, its said the ddct or acct sensor failure, so i change the Inv bord, still getting the same error code.
@@BonMj yes sir, ive change the pcb, its running and then it stop after some minutes, and display the same error, something is different you know the gas pressure noise i dont hear it now.
