Try with some other device too , check whether both earpods are pairing with each other or not , then final solution I will recommend you to replace earbuds or visit service center.

Fir toh yeah problem hai , apki earbuds ek dusre se pair nhi ho rhi hai agar replacement hai toh replace kr da wrna service centre visit kre wo repair krenge ye dusri denge.

Try to reset by clicking on both earbuds for 10seconds , if not solved only solution is replacement if available otherwise u can claim warranty .

Jub no correction for regular 10 mins ya 5 mins Tak rehte hai ... tub khud off hote hai ...or Mera case mein ek side ma duo pods continuous red light emit karta hai (no blue light) red light indicates ki duo pods charge mein hai but even without charging red light on ka on hi rehta hai ...ab itna bol diya briefly avi vi solution nahi hai to plz don't reply

Batana jaroori tha taki apna time waste na Karo fake videos dekh kar seedha mivi se contact karke raplacement le , genuine information de hai mne koi fake nhi hai Esme

Yeah it's a problem it should be 100% charged , first try charging pins of earbuds and case clean them with cotton or cotton earbud , then try to reset by pressing both the earbuds for 10seconds at the same time , if not fixed then claim warranty.

@@turanttech yes I tried cleaning pins but it's still right bud shows red charging light inside case but it's automatically stops charging at 80 to 90 %

Apna phone earbuds ke pass he rakhe jada distancing pr na rakhe or ek baar enko inko pair krke unpair kr le , hope apka issue solve ho jayega. helpful ho toh plss subscribe kr dena
