Die Blackwood Soulband wurde 2014 in Nagold-Hochdorf gegründet. Die aktuelle Besetzung besteht aus Vivian für den Leadvocal und das Saxophon, Lars verzaubert mit der Gitarre, Andy sorgt für spektakulären aber festen Beat, das Keyboard von Ralf verstärkt die Mitte und der Gründer Kay setzt das Fundament mit erdigem Bass und Backvocal. Für uns als Hobbyband steht die Spielfreude und Spaß an eigenwillig interpretierter Soul&Funk-Musik mit leichtem Jazz-Touch im Vordergrund. Wir haben den Anspruch unserem Publikum eine groovige und abwechslungsreiche Zeit mit hochwertig gespielter Musik zu bereiten.
The Blackwood Soulband was founded in 2014 in Nagold-Hochdorf/ Germany. The current lineup consists of Vivian for the lead vocal and saxophone, Lars provides an enchanting with the guitar, Andy provides spectacular but firm beat and the founder Kay sets the foundation with earthy bass and back vocals. For us as a hobby band, the joy of playing and having fun with unconventionally interpreted soul&funk music with a light jazz touch is in the foreground. We have the ambition to give our audience a groovy and varied time with high quality played music.
