► Recipe and ingredients:
3 bananas
150 g) sugar

Do not beat the vanilla pudding with a mixer, otherwise it will change its structure and not harden
Refrigerate for approx. 1 hour

12 g gelatine, 50 ml water
Let it rest until the gelatine swells
bring to the boil, turn off heat
Let cool and place in the fridge for 4-5 hours

Stir to avoid lumps
700 ml milk
Cook over medium/high heat, stirring, until thickened
100g butter
Cover with cling film “in contact” and allow to cool completely
200 ml warm milk
10 g instant coffee
450 g chilled cream (33-36 %)
The temperature of whipped cream and pudding should be almost the same
Gradually stir the pudding into the whipped cream
Now you can collect the dessert
In total you need 500-550 g of cookies (my cookies are quite heavy, you can also use lighter ones)
Continue alternating cookies and cream
Place in the fridge for 2 hours
approx. 40 g chocolate
Decorate the top of the dessert with chocolate chips

15 g corn starch
