I feel like those should have been folded together to create an end result less dense. Folded, not stirred. Keep the air bubbles in the whipped cream, not have to carve out a solid chunk of ice at the end. Then again, I may never have successfully folded ingredients together before either. But yeah, if you're going to attempt this recipe, it may go better if you've awareness of the concept.
