" Mix Plate " Bajias Cooking 

Tried this Recipe...One of the Best recipe of Mix Plate Really yummy and Tasty...Everybody likes it at my home..I used Hari chatni in place of imli ki chatni...but still it was all Awesome...JazakAllah Bajia Aapa.. :)

Yesterday i made it in iftar....i made imlee chatnee one day before and made papree dough...only thing that i didn't make is chaat masala ..next time it will try that too.But the taste was amazing.Thanks for sharing such a delicious recipe.I can't describe the taste in words.

hello Bajias, first of all I want to thank you for your wonderful recipes . You remind me of my grandparents cooking since they also migrated from pakistan but nw in punjab...and they used to cook same way. Watching your recipe yesterday,reminded me of a recipe called "mehri" or "Nehri". Dont know if i am pronouncing it write but its like kadi chawal made together in cooker. if you know , can u post a recipe? thkx.

I have already tried this recipe twice, and seriously every time I make this, its a hit in my house. My mum loves it and I only make it on her request buttttt I do have to remind her that its a little time consuming :P Anyways its worth the time. Thank you so much

Pregnant aurtein ko yeh bilkul nahi dekhna chahiye LOL I am craving this so bad now ! This mix plate reminded me of my childhood chaat plate back home in India. Looks very similar but I am sure they are different in taste. Sadly I cannot even attempt to make this because I will be too exhausted but I really appreciate you sharing this delicious mix plate with all of us.
