These are fabulous. I like that you show the tips like how it drys how to fill more in the molds and how to clean up. Those are all very helpful. These two are really fabulous. Thanks for sharing these videos.
I love watching you create shadow boxes. well, any mixed media project and journal pages. This is a very interesting art pieces. I love your dry brushing. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing your video...absolutely love the way this turned out. I'm relatively new to mixed media art and paper crafting as well, I have been following you on RU-vid for a few months now, and I'm so excited to start trying some of the wonderful things you have shared. I'm not very good with any of it but I so enjoy trying different techniques and creating something anything new... Thank you again Vicki for sharing and giving all of us inspiration ❣🤗
Beautiful. I agree with everything Ellie said and would also like to see a picture of these frames on your wall in your new craft room. Thanks for the inspiration Vicky.
Ms. Vicky, this was HYPE! The entire process was amazing and with each piece that you've made, you've told a unique story with each creation and all three (The owl project, this project, and the light bulb) are coinciding into this wonderful steampunk world that you are building! I tell ya, Ms. Vicky, you inspire me every single day (I keep going back and watching your previous vids weekly!) and I am still striving to be as out of the box and unique as you! You are one of the brightest highlights of my day!
Oh Vicki I have really fallen in love with mixed media Tuesdays!💜💜💘💝 this one is a favorite because I love both the sir and Lady vagabond Collections and really do love the train. I love how you used dried brushes with the distress colors instead of the frequently used waxes as the paints are easier for me to use and I can't wait to try your Technique. Thank you for doing this with us and for sharing your secrets. Have a terrific week!
Thank you ! Just wanted to demonstrate that dry brushing works with things probably everyone has either its thick acrylics in tubes, liquid acrylics and waxes... used all these mediums for this technique in my latest videos.
These are fantastic. And thank you for explaining and showing all your steps. You were my first evey exposure to multimedia projects quite a few years ago when I happened upon a page featuring a stack of teacups. I'm pretty sure I've watched all your videos since then, and I am looking forward to your Wanderlust 2021 lesson.
LoL, I've been watching Vicky since before she'd even speak on her videos! I kept encouraging her, so happy she got brave! Wish she could realize her English is better than some who live here, her accent is certainly more beautiful!!!
@@angelaf5040 So have I! I fell in love with her style years ago and I think the teacups were one of my favorites too. I was tickled pink when she started talking and just HAD to find out what her accent was. I’ve been fascinated by her ever since.
Every time you do your magic with journaling or your framed art work, I’m blown away!🤯. My mind is blown. Keep inspiring. I absolutely adore your work.
The moment I saw this project I thought: "This will look fantastic with the others you worked on"... and that's just you brought it up! You also worked on another piece that will go well with this one, remember the steampunk owl project? They all will be a great addition to your craft room. Take a pic of your room so we can see how they'll look. Loved it, thanks for sharing!!! 🥰
Wow, another stunning mixed media project. Great video. I never worked with resin before because it takes to long to cure. But didn’t know that this product only takes 10 minutes to cure. Looks simple enough to mix also. Video very helpful on how to use this product and apply color technique.
Hi, Vicky... this shadow box is a perfect companion to the previous one. I haven’t checked out using resin yet but my niece has been doing a lot of it lately so it’s on my list to explore as another art option. Thanks for sharing your creativity and have a great day! 🙂
I definitely had fun and got inspired! That Stamperia mold is so cool. For a second, I thought you were going to pour the resin into the mold while it was right side up! LOL. Always love your videos.
oh yes that is a great way to use them!!! thank you for sharing this tip ! I use the rice to measure the volume of resin I will need to prepare for my shapes but I will use the rice from now on for leveling too!
He is doing great... now that the weather is warmer spends lots of time in the garden sleeping in between my flowers 🌸 in the sun.... not good for my poor flowers... but he is spoiled 😂
