Copenhagen is a beautiful and amazing city! The rest of Denmark looks like Indiana to me except there are some castles in Denmark. LOL On a serious note, I really enjoy Denmark and its rich history and culture.
I bought it through fb marketplace in Copenhagen from an American woman from south Jersey (from a town I’ve been to many times) and she bought the bench originally in Mexico. I was going to give it a Mexican spin but changed course.
this mixed media style loos teally fun and satisfying. I want to try it. I like your bench to. I want to sit there and talk to the princess or maybe read to her😊
Thank you. I wish I had the ability to make more videos. Family demands and other life stuff only allows me so much time. I paint when I can and make videos when I can. I'm trying!
Wow, this bench is not ordinary anymore!! Love it. I can’t wait to see if you do more to it, because it looks fantastic to me with all that you have done. tfs 😊👍👍
Well- it may or may not involve graffiti. However the bench has the possibility of either a new home or an art space visit so once I work out those details.
Wowzer! Please make sure to show us if you do more to this. Your layering techniques are incredible. It always makes me happy to find a new video! I feel like we should all complain to YT because I don’t often get notifications. Going to look at your description to see your prep work. This bench isn’t to my taste but man oh man did you teach about subtitles! Leslie
Wow! Masterful! And your videos are amazing. The music, the scenery, the descriptions of your work, the public transport to get your piece home to work on, and your work to upcycle this plain jane into a princess piece are delightful. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much Nancy. Editing video takes me a long time so I’m glad you enjoyed watching. I enjoy the video process because it allows me to sit with my project and the creative process just a bit longer.
Stunning, truly stunning!!! I would buy this piece in a instant if I could! I absolutely love, love, love it!!! I wonder if the decoupage paper is still available?!? Blessings to you!!!
There is nothing I don’t love about this bench. I have this paper in my stash. I love her 😍😍 Black transfer on a black surface. Brilliant. How do I find you on the DIY paint page ?? Cheers !!
Hi Cheryl. Thanks for watching and your kind words. I’ve had to take a break from the DIY Paint lives to tend to…well…life. You can always watch the replays. My program is called Color Crush and I was on every other Wednesday at 11am EST.
Beautiful!! I love this one!! And thank you for showing us around Denmark....Amazing!!! You are so inspiring. I know the transition from America must have been so difficult but thank you for continuing your work! I have loved watching you since day one!
Wow!!! Gorgeous. I can't get DIY paint in Italy, but I can get Annie Sloan and Dixie Belle. Some IOD transfers are available in the EU, but not many. I love what you did with the layering. Very daring and not over the top at all. Following you. 🙏🙏🙏. PS. Are you still in Denmark? If so, how did you get DIY paint? Hope to see what you added to the bench.
Hello and thanks for watching! I am still in Denmark but will move back to the US this summer. I'm a DIY Paint retailer in the US and I was able to continue that because I was only living in Denmark for a year and a half. I shipped all my paint over before I left the States. I decided not to add anything else to the bench.
Thank you. No it isn’t sold yet. I don’t sell any decoupage paper. This is from Roycycled on zazzle. Here’s the link www.zazzle.com/princess_decoupage_paper_left-256130637363918859
I know other people use corn starch to dust their molds but I find that just turning it upside down and rolling it works best for me. Hopefully it’ll work just as well for you too.
