Based in Sydney Australia, Shazia specialises in figurative art, sculptures and urban paintings. She has exhibited her work internationally and her work hangs in private collections in Australia, US, and UK.
Working in watercolours, acrylics and mixed media, Shazia’s recent work explores the infinite expressiveness of the subjects.
Art and design is something she is very passionate about. Use of colour, shape, texture and light defines her style in capturing the personality and emotions of the subject.
Life study is a focus in most of her sculptures and paintings. Shazia also enjoy painting urban scenes.
Shazia loves the spontaneity of watercolours. She has worked with all traditional and new media but she predominately works in watercolours. Shazia won’t limit herself with any certain style or technique, as she enjoys all mediums and techniques.
