While I wait for a housing bubble to bust and attempt to avoid inflation, I recently sold a couple of residences in the Tampa area for a respectable profit, and I'm thinking about investing the money in stocks. But is now a wise moment to buy stocks? I understand it's a madhouse right now, therefore I'd love to hear how folks are consistently making significant six-figure profits.

True, I was in a bind myself because of this chaotic market; I wasn't sure whether to sell or hold off a little longer, as 75% of my portfolio was in the red, and the outlook for the economy wasn't promising, but I started to gain clarity and gain more confidence in my investment through a stock advisor. I know most DIY investors like me would argue that advisors aren't necessary, but come to think of it, they're better trained and equipped at this, so I’m cool with it.

That's amazing. Please let me know the name of the investment advisor you use. I've tried learning new strategies for making money in this market, but my portfolio has been in the gutter for the entire year.

I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but i'm at crossroads if to allocate the entire $680k liquidity value to my stock portfolio?

"Overall, buyers hold a lot of the cards right now, and sellers are having to give out more concessions to close a deal." All the best, buying on sale is actually one of the best ways to invest in stocks, and advisors are ideally suited for such task

Until the Fed clamps down even further I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now with financial markets will be best you seek a fin-professional with fiduciary responsibilities who knows about mortgage-backed securities for proper guidance.

There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five aiyears now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

With supply going down, and inflation continuing, shouldn't we expect prices to rise?

Supply is going up not down.

@@primecash144 Seasonal trend is up, as it usually does, but supply curve is below recent years, and only marginally above 2023. If you compare supply at the same time of year for several years, the trend is down.

@@freesk8 Supply is increasing and demand is decreasing. AZ, FL and TX are at pre pandemic inventory levels. Prices will continue to decline in those states.

@@freesk8 that is inaccurate. inventory is up 35% from last year, and that spread is accelerating, as mike told us in this video. the trend is up (up 100% nationally from 2022, which is an unprecedented increase) the only thing that will stop such a rapid increase in inventory is drastic cuts to prices (not rates)
