Hopefully she tosses the mixed after she tries it though. The preservatives for each moisturizer could be different and it's uncertain how they would react with each other. Could be mold or bacteria growing in there if she stores it for some time.
A lot of moisturizers have the same things in them, some of the out of the ordinary stuff may not mix well with it. It’s also a lot of product for your skin and will be very overwhelming for it.
Lol this reminds me of when by cousins and I would mix the toothpaste, mouthwash, hairspray, detangling spray, frebreeze, windex, water, etc together in the basement with a mixing bowl we took from upstairs.
Did y'all create an all purpose cleaner or something? Sounds like it could clean the toilets, sinks, and glass on the mirror!! Some febreeze scents actually clean glass or porcelain and give them a nice scent!
my post retinol routine is actually kinda like this. i make a cocktail moisturizer out of a hyaluronic acid cream, my everyday moisturizer, an oil, and a little of the cerave healing ointment. it’s perfect for on top of my retinol and preventing irritation

I do this all the time and then add about 1/3 of my Retin-A so it doesn’t irritate my skin as much and I can apply it more than once every few days. I just add the moisturizers I think would be really good for my skin’s moisture barrier to counteract the irritation of Retin-A and it often involves using all my moisturizers and a few of my serums to make a light but really hydrating and moisturizing treatment.
When i got my mosturizer and serum i asked my dermatologist if i can mix them and she said yes :) so i mix it and its way better than having to do A 100 STEP PROCESS OF SKINCARE and minimalize to just 4 😃
