I used to make potions in my bathroom when I was younger too.(I still do sometimes lol.) I didn’t have a usual recipe but one time I used up all of my family’s eardrops(which for those unaware clears up earwax and sometimes in my case helps with earaches) and then the next day I had an earache and so I just got to suffer lol.

Haha true... 😉 I kept yelling at the screen, "Keep the bomb IN THE PRESS overnight!" They usually need at least 24 hours to dry and get solid. I don't think the almond oil was the best idea either. For most Lush bombs, they don't need a wet ingredient to stay together. They pack the dry ingredients so tightly together, and keep them in their plant-based "plastic" molds overnight, so they can dry and harden.

@Anna V I also hope Safiya and Tyler don't expect to use the food processors for food EVER again. No matter how hard you try to clean them, those machines will never stop making their food taste like Lush scents and essential oils. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️

The scent is called 29 High Street (because that's where the first Lush store is!) For Valentines Day they have a soap and a bath bomb in the shape of eggplants in the 29 High Street Scent. They also have a soap in that scent and it's sold at Lush Oxford Street. They occasionally also have special "community favourites" releases so even if you don't live in the UK if you keep watch you might be able to get your hands on them!

I recently returned to her channel to watch a bunch of her videos and I think I miss 2017 Saf. I know shes going for a more professional vibe now but her old videos definitely come off more raw and genuine, at least to me. It felt like it was an interaction, now I kind of just feel like I'm watching her slowly scream at me. I still watch her videos and I'll definitely still support her but yeah I miss *her* and wanna see *her*, not the persona that she has started to put on in front of the camera

if anything i think that saf has just gotten more comfortable and confident! ^^

Watch her interview with Phil, the livestreams with MatPat, any of the vlogs on Tyler's channel (except maybe the hotel one), Cristine's vlogs, etc. All of that is fairly recent and she still comes off the same way she did in 2017-18: she still talks clearly and enunciates, she sound intelligent, she makes witty remarks, but it sounds conversational and natural, not like she's slowly reciting a script. Again, I love Saf and this isn't meant to be hate, I'm just making an observation. I don't know why she feels the need to present herself like this now, maybe she's just trying to be "on brand", but it's definitely a change and I'm not sure I like it.
