Everyone in the world is writing and proving that we have a global problem with our sand resources and that this problem gets worse. The construction boom is continuing worldwide and many Arab and Asian countries are lacking in sand. Sand prices are rising faster in some countries than energy prices.
There are holes dug in the earth, beaches dredged empty, sandbanks and coral reefs sucked, rivers dredged empty, already sucked in deep to 150 meters for sand, some island in the Indian Ocean are already gone because of the beautiful sand for the construction industry, huge ships transport sand across the seas.
Based on decades of experience in the development and application of
UHPC binders based on nanotechnology, we have developed a new generation of
UHPC binders to produce high quality concrete with the addition of natural desert sand.
In standard stress tests with UHPC desert sand binders, compressive strengths of 70 - 100 MPa / 10150 - 14500 psi were measured.
Only UHPC Binder + Desert Sand + Water was used in this tests.
Cast binder and mortar binder qualities were tested.
Today we produce for many international customers UHPC desert cement binder in our production in Germany.
Our UHPC desert sand concrete qualities have a compressive strength between 50 MPa/7250 psi and 100 MPa/14500psi
