Next time do your ends and then do your scalp last bc the hair at our scalp will process more intensely bc of the heat at our scalp and differently towards our ends usually quicker but if you do your ends with the roots u may not give your roots a chance to do their thing bc it might start burning and u have to wash and you will see those differences in tones from scalp to ends. Not sure if that happened to you. I always do my ends make sure I lift to a nice yellow, wash the ends not too rough on scalp of course cuz we gotta go back and do roots..and then do my roots and make sure they lift to the level of the ends and basically match the color on the ends as best as possible.
