Damian, that man is crazy. No matter how you arrive in Canada immigration is going to question you if you're not a Canada citizen. He's talking crap. Let me tell you something a visa still doesn't guarantee you the right to enter the country. The immigration have the right to deny you entry if they find reasonable doubts. If they suspect that you're coming into the country to work without work permit, they will deny you entry. I watched USA immigration entry all the time, and it's the same thing. If you're coming in the country landed, they question you as well.
If a person come here on a visiting visa and don't married that person and he are she married someone else still will not get there documents have to married the first person to get there documents
