Patron is not a cartridge for printing. In Russian the word has more meanings. Bullet (as a whole, with casing and powder), cartridge, master. The meaning they used in the song means a bullet. [Chorus] (meaningful translation): "Here we have the bullet (already) in the chamber, in case of (anything happens)..."
