Why do y'all think the lyrics are "dark"? It just depends on your perspective really lol. If u try to put malicious intent on the lyrics then it's gonna be "dark". Try to put your perspective for example that she's singing with someone of her age and to wait before they're both of age so that they can kiss lol.

If that song was telling about a boy, the lyrics wouldn't be "I'm banned from dating" but "We're banned from dating". And never be "Until the day I'm become adult", but "Until the day we're become adults". This is absolutely telling about a little girl and a man 😂

@@notssalmaa Yeah? Exactly? I’m a bit confused here? They never say it because that’s the point, a metaphor means something that seems like it means something, but means something else. I honestly question how many people here even give an F about AKB48 because in a lot of songs, they use “grow up” or “adult” to mean maturity. Hell, it’s literally GRADUATING, as in, you do not go to school anymore, school, a place that represents being young. Even in AKB’s graduation song, Sakura no Hanabiratachi, it’s deliberately written to be both applicable to a real student graduating, and an AKB48 member leaving the group. For one example from the song “Through wearing the same uniform, all my friends look like adults.” It being either an actual school uniform, or the stage costumes. In 48g lingo, “adult” or “grow up” means maturity.
