I think that is the thing people are missing. So much subtext to this one, he is ribbing Punk, selling injuries, putting over the company that is on his back but still you can see where the story is going. With all of the, this is my best friend, never had a friend like this one, the more he lays this in, the more of a Devil Adam will be when he does turn on him. You know it's happening, the injury might be for the best as the betrayal might take longer to cook and we have more brochacho stories until we don't and Adam Cole becomes the biggest heel in the company.

Tony is sitting there in absolute AWE. MJF is the best man when it comes to keeping kayfabe. His acting is fucking PHENOMENAL. If he cannot be the way he is in WWE then I’d rather watch him with creative freedom in AEW. This guy is a treasure

He's so next level, he is selling the injury, still ribbing CM Punk, still in character, selling something he is a sponsor to, building his Adam Cole storyline, the way he was laying it in thick does that make you think Adam Cole might be the Devil just a little bit more? Selling the work of the wrestlers in the back, you know that was a shoot someone who probably was on television twice put someone down from his origin promotion and he laid that dude out with facts. Even Tony Khan is warming to him as the face knowing a heel turn could happen any day in anyway.

He single handedly brought me back to wrestling so for that i will always thank you Max. Your hands down the best wrestler of this era and ill argue that with anybody. Best wrestler? Are you on crack? His ringwork is mediocre at best. Compare his ring work to guys like Danielson, or even Taven, or, dare I say Jon Gresham, Motor City Machineguns, or, the GOLDEN standard of wrestlers - Eddie Guererro. MJF has raised the bar for being a total package in pro wrestling. With the work he's been doing for the past year, he ain't going anywhere. AEW is his home, WWE would water him down and cause him to get burned out with the schedule
I am an AEW fan but even MJF has said that he is going wherever the money is. If he hasn't inked a deal with AEW by Winter is Coming then MJF will drop the AEW World Championship to Samoa Joe.

I swear at first I used to not like mjf but as much as he grown so quick his wrestling getting so much better he made me a fucking real fan of his puts on a great match hurt he deserves it all please stay and make this company better I feel like it u can make a company way better ur legacy is so much better then running back to a company that wouldn't give u the time or day I feel like Cody legacy would've been so much better if he stayed and made aew a better company to compete with WWE and I feel like in 5 years this company breaking barrels that way people don't understand crazy give tony some fucking respect
