Great content!!! I'm definitely a fan of the platform. I have the '302, '210 and recently added the '303. Great tips on the ESC, shocks and tires. Using the receiver box to hold the parallel connector was brilliant. I look forward to seeing future videos. Sub'd as well!!
I did not widen the wheelbase. I do not encourage using hex extenders. I only use the foam tires for speed runs. They last a while once you dial in the suspension.
Those cars must be bonkers... We've fitted the esc and motor from the 14210 into a 14301 and even that performance jump was big... 4S and 6S must be insane! Subscribed for more...
Put a bigger pinion and cheap hobbywing 10 BLS 120 amp esc on there and you will see that thing move. The MOD 0.6 gears can take it. We are currently using a 32 tooth pinion in all of our Hyper Go vehicles.
On those 84 plus mph hyper goes did you widen the wheel base? Also how well do those foam wheels last compared to stock rally wheels..thanks for sharing

Very cool..i agree these cars are amazing...fast and handle amazing as they are..but if i decide i want to go for serious speed and upgrades i will definitely listen to you..thanks
I own a number of Hyper GO RC. I don't understand why you would spend your time with Hyper GO ?! Your far better of buying Team Corally asuga or a Arrma RC !! Hyper GO handle like crap !! I'm so over Hyper GO!
Upgrade and make adjustments to your vehicles and you will probably feel better about them. I love my Hyper Go 14-210's just as much as my ARRMA, TRAXXAS, MCD, LOSI, FSR, WL TOYS, HPI, TAMIYA,RLAARLO, KYOSHO, TEAM CORALLY, HNR, HABAO HOBBYWING AND HELION VEHICLES. None of these vehicles stock are perfect. The gears that come on the XRT are way less desirable than anything that came on my Hyper Go. The gears that come on the X-Maxx and XRT might be the worst gears ever on a stock RC car period. A lot of people who purchase the XRT or X-Maxx get rid of the Motor and ESC after the first run because the power if not sufficient. Both of them are $1,000 dollars. The steering rack on the Arrma Outcast 8s is not the best best. The motor that comes on the Oucast 8S could probably be a lot more powerful for my liking. The tires that came on the Arrma talion and the Traxxas Xrt were not the best. My Asuga A arms needed to be shimmed and tightened after 2 runs. My MJX 14-210 now will absolutely destroy my Asuga in a on road race and I can buy 4 of them for the same price that I bought my 1 Asuga. In my opinion the Typhon is a way better buy than the Asuga. Again, that is subjective. After I adjusted the suspension and added new shock oil to my Losi mini 8 t, it handled better than my Arrma Felony stock. On my RLAARLO Omni terminator carbon edition, I had to tighten up the rear suspension and swap the ESC to a hobbywing 10 BL 120 before I really liked driving it. The Dog bones on my Arrma Fireteam pop out of the drive cups all of the time. Same with my Talion. The wing and wing support on my Typhon breaks on almost every bash session. It may be subjective but I do feel that most RC Cars will need something done to it so it satisfys your personal driving style. I love all of my vehicles (accept my Helion's). Just have fun whatever way this hobby allows you to. DRIVE, FLY, CRASH, BREAK, FIX, REPEAT. HAVE FUN!!!
@dexterdcdexter my Team Corally asuga is perfect out of the box ! Goes 55 MPH. And handles really well 1/8. If I modify the car it will do 65 mph. It's a massive car more like 1/7 scale. Your having fun that's the main thing ! Thanks for your video 😊 is your name Dexter? Or your a Dexter fan ?
@philpowell1162 I love the show, and it is a play on the name because we are killing it. LOL. I hope you give the hyper go another try after upgrading the steering, suspension, and tires. You will not believe how much of a difference it makes. Swap the steering rack for metal. Use larger screws in the rack to eliminate the steering slop. If you have the wheels for the 14-210, kindly put them in the garbage/recycling and replace them with 1/10 th on road tires. Lower the vehicle. If you have the 14-301,302 or 303, swap the A Arms and the CVDs out of the 209 or 210. I agree that the 14-300 series handling is not good and rolls under itself all of the time. Once you widen the stance, lower it, and stiffen up the shocks, you will not believe the results. I like my Asuga as well. I just need to stop allowing my neighbors' kid from driving it full speed into a stone wall. OOPS!!! LOL. Hopefully, you will get to see me racing my 14-210 against my friends modified 6S infraction soon. He lost twice last week, and he thinks that I don't know that he put a 160 amp ESC in this week. I know he is reading this message as well. LOL. I will be ready for him on Sunday, though. His infraction is going to end up in a room covered in plastic sheets with me standing over it with a blood sample. DEXTER!!!! I hope you get a chance to get out and bash this weekend. Cheers
I love my new hyper go 1/14 infraction looking truck...i ran it with 3s 1300 80c ovonic at night in front of my house..for me it goes fast and straight..my guess is 45mph since others are getting 42 mph from 3s stock ion batts...is there a way to get it 50mph or better pretty easy?maybe add foam wheels etc..thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience .
