Decided to grab one of these guys! super fast lil RC. comes with a lot of stuff in the box.
I switched out the receiver to run with my new radiolink transmitter to get more comfortable using the transmitter and range.
Test drove it with stock tires on my street and it did not stay straight enough at highspeed at all. curbs and trashcans in the way. lol.. Had to take time and set the turnbuckles using those Phillips or crosshead screws which sux.
it would not stay planted it just flipped over lol, so much power.. Trying to ease into the throttle to get a good speed test my street isn't long enough for the build up to keep it straight thru full throttle.
So I switch out the wheels.. Runs great however, sounds like a speeding grocery cart. it needs bushings lol..
Speed run was trash, dead GPS and didnt realize I needed to set the esc to 100% percent. I will re- run on a lipo battery and see.. to be continued..

I got the O.G MJX hyper go 14210 this is the artistic version but say that boy right there a beast. Power, power hit that button 5 times more power 🦾 by the way we did you get that pearl paint from?

I dont own a 1/14 scale car this one is 199.00 the same as the hypergo H14BM and it comes with extra tires think ill go with that one to start off with.

the Jetwood is actually 170.00 and its and upgraded version of the h14bm.. few vids out that talk about the upgraded differences. .

So far I've had to replace the rear diff, both rear telescoping cvds, the shocks all 4, the reciever, both esc and motor fans, all 4 tires cracked and came unglued, the steering arms, about 10 screws stripped when I looked at them, and 4 bearings in the wheel hubs. Soo... I don't know why people keep saying these are a deal because that's about 200 extra dollars just to drive it. No bashing, no jumping, just drive it.

Awww damn man! Sounds like you got a lemon for sure. In my opinion, if only cost $200 bucks my expectations are very low. I didnt approach it like its indestructible for $200. I looked at it, like im waiting for something to break. But nothing has thus far. I say just buy another one or try rlaarlo version. They seem to be similar

@MrMeDos something always breaks that's fine, I love the hobby, wrenching is fun, but I actually bought this one to just drive around not to bash and go crazy with and it's been an awful mess of bad parts and design. Clearly the drive train wasn't designed to handle 3s. I'm just going to make it drivable and fun not worry about the longevity of the car.
