Kung Lao is arguably Liu's best kameo option at the moment due to how much versatility he added on to Liu's kit. Low hat being the most famous move helping in pressure and zoning but I believe his other moves are just as good and as of the new update maybe better.
Terminology
UK = Up Kameo
DK = Down Kameo
FK = Forward Kameo
BK = Back Kameo
OS = Option Select - A buffer where a normal button or string is inputed and then cancelled into a special move or kameo move and if the normal button or string successfully hits the opponent the special/kameo move is executed. However when a normal button or string is blocked the special/kameo move will do nothing.
OKI = Okizemi - When a player is attacking an opponent as they are waking up of the ground.
DOT = Damage Overtime - Unblockable damage from a move that is executed and persists for a varying amount of time.
