miya in the end said that : I lost , but im able to glimpse the opportunity of winning , However Joker's ledge recover is so weak, especially in arsene mode
@@HeavensMystery I saw it a while back but I don't know where it is Try looking around, its somewhere on youtube, it could be this channel for all I know, but I did watch it
The squad strike set is real. But also don't k own where the VOD is. Leo went Joker, Byleth, Corrin i believe. Miya went Game& Watch, Steve, Mii Sword Fighter I believe. Leo won 3-0 or 3-1. I'm certain it wasn't a game 5 situation
@@DavionLane ah yes, the first game matters more than the set. Leo is known for his adaptation and he's lost a lot of game 1s in his sets since the beginning
@@VishnuKumar-nt5oy Even Acola literally gets 3 stocked by Miya, Yoshidora, and Asimo but still wins the whole set. Just goes to show insignificant a 3 stock game win is.
Ok. Miya isn't kidding when he says he can beat Leo too. This is just 1 friendlies set and it's not in a bracket. We'll see who will win in a bracket when that day comes.
Thanks for your uploads, as always! No one else does it like you, and we truly appreciate it! For the Tokyo Bootcamp, is there one of Leo vs Acola? I would really like to see how they do against each other now
@@natecallon9755 Ugh I want it to be true but the real current top 3 can ALSO beat the cheese. I think Leos skill level is still the best, especially after watching him outplay that Steve in Japan the whole set and still lose. But the title BEST has to bring results with it. I'm curious is Joker/Corrin is the move.
@@VehicleVibes_ Yeah, after the buffs Corrin is super good in this meta. He loves Byleth though and I can't stop him from playing characters he loves to play, I just wonder if it was a life or death situation who he'd play in this meta.
@@justice8718 Game and Watch carries no more than Fox and Joker do, and denying that Miya is one of the most fundamentally sound players in the world is stupid.
@@LoadedKlipI guess you don't understand jokes. But even jokes aside, he would do good studying this because Leo always washes him. Miya played well and 2 of the Leo wins were last hit situations that could have gone the other way. The Acola adice also doesn't make sense because there are hardly any top level Steve's in NA. Tamap sure. But he runs into Leo often and I can't remember the last time he won that...if ever so yeah I think watching what Miya did in his 2 wins would benifit him.
@kalleb92 Leo loses games to Maister. He just doesn't lose sets. So you are wrong on that one. He loses the same way Miya just lost. No worst. Maister struggles vs Onin and other steves unlike Miya. Literally failed to win a major because of Onin. So wrong again. As for your jokes .. maybe try making it funny? That would be a good goal for u to have 😉
@@LoadedKlip @LoadedKlip I never said maister doesn't win games. But maybe to clarify for you, I do think that Miya played the match up better. In the past year maister has lost sets to Leo 6 times and onin 3. He's also only ever beat Leo in 4 sets over 36. He's beat onin in 4 sets over 9. So yeah I think he has more of a Leo problem than Onin. It is pretty funny seeing you struggle with your take though, maybe I'll take some comedy tips off you, thanks for helping me achieve my goal :)
@@kalleb92 so watching someone else lose to Leo with Game & Watch will help Maister beat Leo with Game & Watch? There u go ... you finally made a joke.
I was about to say how Leo deserved to win, but it's also partly because I feel the new meta is carried by cheese characters lately, rather than raw fundamentals- and it sounds "toxic", I'm well aware, so I tried to save it and not descredit Miya, as I do recognize the interactions he does really well (i.e how the fuck does he get so many grabs, etc). I don't know, man. Leo is just so relatable right now. If he, the ex best in the world can put up getting 3 stocked like Game 1 and keep pushing, that really speaks about him and his mindset. I'm no Leo fanboy, but I still root for him all the way.
Look I'm not denying that MiYa is a good player, but Steve/Alex is such a dumb character for babies. In that second game, Leo had to put in a crazy amount of skill and effort for each of those kills, while Steve just kinda mined behind a wall of blocks and swung a sword when Joker got too close. It really generates negative hype, it's frustrating.
Big congrats to LEO. this was the most childish shit i've ever watched. I cant imagine how anyone over the age of 13 finds G&W or Steve entertaining. I am surprised that Leo had the patience for this as a grown man. Kudos
Sad to say, but Leo is absolute ass at this game compared to the top 20 players. Leo has always been and always will be my favorite player, but he just refuses or is incapable of going to the next level. He still practices the same way as 2016. He doesn’t study opponents, his disadvantage is atrocious, and his punish game is not deep enough. He thinks the problem lies with the character choices, which leads to him splitting his focus between many characters which is a detriment at top 20 lvl. He thinks that “just playing the game for hours” will help him improve but it doesn’t. He needs to be Deliberate and intentional with what is being practiced. He has no set plays, and can’t identify traps so he falls for opponents set plays consistently. His Di is terrible. He has got a clue on how to beat Marios, Rats, Kazuya, etc etc. Look at Gluto…Gluto loses to something, then does everything in his power to work on that specific matchup or weakness. Tweek does it, Light does it, Sonix, Spargo, MuteAce etc etc… But Leo loses to the same character, same combos over and over. He’s the only top 20 player than continuously gets gimped and cheese because he does learn. Seeing him fail to adapt hurts me so bad as Leo fan, but I have given up all hope.
I agree with his disadvantage, its become so horrible recently. But the rest of it is just overreacting. He does suck at di sometimes, but he has been improving that, especially di against mario. And I believe his roy will overcome the next time he meets snow/another mario. Rest of what you said is just critiquing his practice methods which I'm not sure how you know????
Es increible como Leo se adapta en cada game y termina ganándole a Miya Y que triste es ver como un personaje como Joker tiene que esforzarse y tener habilidad para quitar stocks, mientras G&W te quita stock de manera facil y con 0 habilidad
