Finely made knives designed from one of my favourite designers... but for my taste these here are in the category: "when small gets too small" Thank you for the review and keep up the great work!
They're really, really small, but the design actually makes them work for my hands, which is an impressive feat! Still, I understand if people think that they're simply too small. Probably one of those knives you kind of want to test the size of before purchase.
I have in hand and will treat them more as a precision tool for fine cuts. Boxes, paper, zip ties etc. I believe it’s the chops the right tool for the right job. Also, given the size and weight, it makes it easier to travel and save room.
Muy bonito cuchillo, tendré que ahorrar para poder comprarlo. Espero a fin de año tener la suerte de tenerlo en mis manos. Gracias por la revisión, excelente trabajo 👍🏼
Excellent review. I would expect the sheepfoot to be resharpened easier and has a somehow "longer" useful straight cutting edge, whereas the other version has a very pointy tip useful in making holes and carving spoons, I guess. It's a tough decision, which one to get.
I have the larger Makro. These are definitely the type of knife you may want to reprofile the edge bevel. It's a pretty low angle, and a pretty thick blade. Honestly how the factory edge isn't ever a concern, I'm more concerned with how well it'll hold whatever edge I put on it.
