[MKWii]Backwards Compilation (Tool-Assisted)

This video includs Wario's Gold Mine, Coconut Mall, N64 Bowser's Castle, Mushroom Gorge, N64 DK Jungle Parkway, Bowser's Castle, Toad's Factory and Rainbow Road, all made backwards with the use of 3 shroom maxs and without falling off!
This is the first time Toad's Factory and Rainbow Road are made backwards in time trial. The other tracks were already done in the past (MG: Mario Karter, rBC64: Timey, rDKJP: Neo Dodge, BC: s7o9/Mario Karter).
I only includs those tracks because they have big ramps ect... and do not includs tracks like MC. If you're wondering which tracks are not possible backwards(yet): DKSC, KC, MT, rDKM and GV(this one is possible with falling off).

Yeah, I liked that clip to, and it's actually really easy to do (at least in TAS), but landing back on the track was another story lol (if you're talking about the last clip)

Yes. All those tricks are possible by humans in real time. What would be truly difficult is to chain all of them.

Well, he is playing maps backwards. The tricks he uses to for example gain a lot of height can be searched up and explained. (The one to gain height is usually wall-clipping) The reason he can do it so precisely is because he is "tool assisted" which means he can decide what the input will be for each tick. He can also save and if something messes up he can simply go back to perform it again. This is not done in real time

This is infuriating because the TAS does the shortcuts which means if the TAS simply turns around, it would count the lap. Now everytime I watch it, I'm just sitting there like: "Please... Just turn around.... PLEASEEE"

mmmh, not really. It was something I was working on, but I'm still doing a TAS BKT (working quite slowly on it through lol). And also doing other project not related to MKWii/this channel. Thanks anyway!
