Troy set the items to strategic, so you'll be able to get ONLY triple mushrooms in places: 10th, 11th, and 12th as shown on this video.

Ok, I did a 4 lap challenge on Maple Treeway with that no lap count shortcut. I was down by 40 seconds and I had the best finish ever and I thought I would lose. I was in 7th and we were almost to the finish line coming on to the bridge, I got up to 4th, Rosalina got blue shelled and I won the race, I got so lucky. The top 3 were all close to each other while the rest of the racers weren't that close to each other, and no this wasn't online, this was one player. I couldn't believe I won the race.

I did it by going backwards until you reach the place that you land from the ultra, then doing it backwards

Unfortunately, the australian version doesn't have aggressive and strategic items. It only has frantic and basic items, which only affect item frequency.

This is possible on Maple Treeway too! Just turn around at the start, go up the net, and jump to where the cannon takes you. No lap.

Reminds me of my challenge for RBC1 on MKSC. 1 lap backwards then 6 laps forward for total 7 laps. Can beat the CPUs by just a couple seconds like this.

Hey Troy I don't know if you realized this. After doing the waluigi stadium glitch, if you remain on that cage thingy where you land after the glitch and turn left, lakitu appears. It's really weird, perhaps there's a checkpoint but I don't know. You're the glitchmaster :)

I like to warm up with my shock challenge, and I've noticed that the CPUs, even in the botton places, pull green shells and bananas. Like, I get the shock, I'm driving it up, I'm in like 11th, we pass through some items, and then fricken Wario or someone snipes me from behind with a green shell. XD

Spear is the American name for Torpedo if your in UK and Flame runner is flame flyer

The Flame Runner is the North American name for the Bowser Bike and Spear is the North American the for the Torpedo.

not sure but there's probably a checkpoint before that and after where you do the glitch, so it thinks you're going in the wrong direction.
