You need to give Knicks some credit, he held his own against one of the best MKX players in the world. This was a close set and Knicks almost won, even when SonicFox counter picked with Tonya, he held his own.

Look guys, I'm a Dualist player. I beat people who are WAYYYY better than me because they don't understand Dualist frame data. It happens all the time. Then they watch our replay, lab my move set, when we rematch they kick my ass. I'm not going to sit here and say Knicks only won a 3/0 because Fox didn't know the data. The man is obviously amazing at the game. But having an unknown character in your pocket really gives you a remarkable edge, and that's probably why he pulled such a decisive 3/0 on fox instead of a 2/3 or 1/3.
dioseolo a valid excuse. Sonic doesn't lie about losing. He never does. He will admit it when he loses. The last set was 3.0 but this new one was better for Sonic because he went to the lab and practiced Goro's frame data.
I love to see my main Goro in competitive tournament like this. I use Goro always yet the matches using him were always close literally that would have three rounds in one match
As much as I've grown to respect SonixFox over time (I used to hate the guy with a burning passion), I hope Knicks learns from the match and comes up with a plan to defeat SonixFox again. Simply because the game gets boring if you know before the match who's going to win. As for SonixFox he's had a hell of a run. I hope he continues it in Injustice 2.
all I can say is both players are great but you have to remember people 1 doesn't stay number 1 forever somebody along the way is going to get it and then after sometime somebody else it's just how it is

Yes it is. It's not enough to simply counter pick. You have to Understand the matchup and exploit weakness which is a massive skill. If you actually watch the MKX cup and not just be a sonicfox hater you would of seen Emperorknicks destroying a Tanya player whereas sonicfox completely dominated knicks with Tanya.

These are professional players playing for money to win. From my previous example, just because someone counterpicked doesn't mean you automatically lose. Sonicfox is just so cocky from all of those wins that he figured he'd try and beat someone at their own character, knowing that it wouldn't matter if he lost since he'd just counterpick goro and easily win.
