Rule 6.03(a)(3) says if the runner is put out from the throw then you ignore the interference so the batter would not be out (on the interference, could be on strike 3), and any other runners could advance or be put out as per normal, instead of it being a dead ball, batter out, and other runners returned to their initial base. Also note if it happens to be a 4 ball walk (idk, a batter pulling back a bunt then falling over?) the batter becomes a runner immediately and interference then has to be a deliberate act.
