I am an undersized RHP and I want to be able to one day give back to my poor family members in Mexico and I always turn to God and pray for help on my journey and I turn to him in times of adversity. I want to thank you for taking the time to autograph my nephews hat last Monday (9/2/19). (He was the young man that jumped out of my car and ran back to yours after the game.) Great video and God bless you I want to show my son this he is a great pitcher but doesn't have the desire. I think he's going to quit I have never seen that kind of talent in a kid and he doesn't even care about it. At 13 he can throw a sinker and a two seam fastball and change up and breaking balls and and sliders. I thank God for you.

Awesome video man. god blessed me this off-season with more velocity. Went from 80-82 to 90-93 in 2 months. I'm draft eligible and in ooking to pack on a little more velocity and improve on my offspeed stuff so I can get drafted this year. I hope Christ gives me that blessing, and ill be working my butt off for it. your video definitely inspired me man with your work ethic and faith in god. Good luck the rest of the season.

Dude is jacked. Pitchers are either usually tall & lanky, short & stocky, or in between & pudgy. Surprised at his bulk because the density could affect his flexibility and agility. Baseball players don’t get enough credit for their athletic ability. Many of them are athletic and built. Of course some average looking joes turn out to be good ballplayers but many professional ball players are well built. Baseball is the hardest sport of the big 3. Football is more physical. Basketball requires intense stamina & the physical predisposition toward height. Baseball players come is all sorts of shapes and sizes but hitting a round baseball with a rounded cylindeical bat with a decision margin of about .4 seconds vs an average MLB fastball is insanely hard; that doesn’t include other pitches. Pitchers have to repeat a complex delivery, throw fastballs at least 90mph and also throw different pitches at different speeds while maintaining the same arm slot, arm speed and the same windup without tipping off the hitter to any hint of what is being thrown. I think in today’s game players are getting more athletic and stronger. It’s a good time to be a baseball fan.

Thanks brother! I do my best to keep the same routine Monday - Friday but workouts will vary. I read, run then incorporate explosive athletic movements whether on the sand or at a turf facility and then weight room work and throwing.
