Why does it matter that they remember the SCP foundation since it's in a whole other Universe and world they have zero access to. They only have access to one human world and the SCP foundation in not apart of that. So they didn't need to forget since the world Spike died from isn't in the mlp universe it has its own that they can't access. I mean Spike got reborn as a dragon he and the whole f*cking mlp universe can be considered as an SCP. So their memories didn't need to be erase because it wouldn't effect the mlp universe and the SCP universe since they'll never see each other ever. So yeah Spike is protecting the secret for nothing since he'll never see that universe and if he was to see that universe again he would be locked up and consider a danger and a SCP.
