This first forming bilirubin is unconjugated (in direct ), which is conjugated (direct bilirubin) in the liver. Only conjugated bilirubin pass through urine if the level is high in blood. But in case of Hawmolytic jaundice formation of high un conjugated bilirubin is increased in blood that not excreted through urine.
