Thanks for this. I've been using the hips up method for a few weeks since I saw you mention it in another video and it is def helping.

Hi bob and brad I have a question for you, you can train lifting / weights / eg rubber bands / train your legs with a moderate disc herniation in the neck c7 th. I am waiting for an operation where they will go in via the neck on the right side and then put the first 2 cm titanium trays so it holds 2 disks together. So my question is is it possible to train while waiting for surgery, thought about whether it can get worse with certain exercises and tips on what is better but also the bad thanks for answers with greetings Mental Coach

For exercise "back of head on the bench" can you replace the bench with a Swiss ball ?

I believe so but it could be a bit dangerous because you can slip.

Doesn't sound like a good idea. Pray you don't do that cause you can too easily slip and cause injury

Thanks for your replies, if needed will use my bed instead of a bench I don't have yet, or a swissball.

Thanks for your video! Can I do these excercises with arthrosis in my neck or will this make everything worse?

Any suggestions for dealing with plates on the forearm? I have a lmited ability to hold or hit mitts/gloves before there's pain in the wrist and forearm. Train under a cpl hay craft mma guys and that's how we do it everyday. Maybe just stick to a bag and shadowbox but I don't want to limit myself

I'd recommend an individual consultation with a good sports injury specialist for that one - it's hard to give general advice without knowing the specifics of your situation, but if you're ever near Solihull, you'd be welcome to pay us a visit! You can contact me via the website: combatsportsclinic.net

Shane I need help. Im pretty new to mma, about 6 months in. Everytime in sparring I shell up way too much and eat punches, I also feel like I close my eyes a lot and kinda put my head down whenever my partner comes forward throwing volume. I cant seem to land any punches because they are always out of range. It seems like everyone believes a lot more in their shots than I do in mine... Its devastating..
